I was initially hired to assist with the unfinished work for AXA insurance. My assignment was to focus on the corporate aspect of the app, but we also conducted research to determine if retail users would benefit from the same service and whether they would continue to use it even after leaving their company. This research yielded valuable insights.
Our goal was to understand how Emma and Tina's health and wellbeing attitudes and values had changed and what their expectations were in terms of value and pricing. We also aimed to determine which components they were willing to pay for within the app and whether they were the right target audience to design for (in terms of their willingness and ability to pay).
The app was completed on time and delivered to corporate clients in March 2022, with plans to release the retail version by the end of 2023.
